Caroline Lowell is looking for a fresh start and a little independence. Will love be able to conquer all or will it come crashing down like the waves that beat at the base of the cliff below her new home? Will friendship and a place in town help her heal or will she be forced back to her roots by her overbearing, stuck up, snotty family?
