This is a book about old ghosts that need the help of a new house flipper that somehow gets involved in the previous owner's murder. Now someone is following her and trying to shut her up. Her friends and the sheriff think that she is crazy and add to that her mother is pretty off the wall but she means well. Rose has the wonderful ability to make a story come to life. I love reading a story that I can see in my head and I can always see Rose's! A MUST read!
