A Fresh Start, July 24, 2012

What do you do when you are shot in the line of duty and when you move
towards the "light" the powers that be tell you that you can go back to
your family but that things will be different? You can't imagine how
things will be different but you agree and go back to your family only
to find that you can now see ghosts. Well that is definitely different!
Mary O'Reilly is not really sure what to do now that she can see ghosts
but she knows she can't stay in Chicago because she is constantly
bombarded with ghosts that claim to need her help. Moving to a small
town and opening her own PI business for ghosts, she thought, was going
to be an easy move. She soon finds herself engrossed with the ghosts of
small town Illinois and falling for the new Chief of Police.
Book 1
is a wonderful start to a beautiful series from Terri Reid. I couldn't
put the first book down and couldn't wait to start the second!

Laugh out loud tear jerk-er!, July 24, 2012

Terri Reid does it again. Mary and Bradley are the perfect couple if
they would only let themselves try. Terri really begins to build the
characters of her series in this installment. You meet some key players
that will have you laughing out loud and shedding a few tears. The
cadence of Terri's writing will keep you mesmerized until the very end.
Another book that kept me up late into the night reading.

Loved but "Never Forgotten", July 24, 2012

The third book in the Mary O'Reilly series and it just keeps getting
better and better. The characters keep growing and are so easy to fall
in love with. Some of the ghosts are so awesome you don't want them to
cross over but when they do you know that they are in better places.
Terri keeps you captivated from the first word until the very end! And
she leaves you wanting more!

Funny, quirky, and fabulous!, July 31, 2011

Terri Reid doesn't write a bad book and this one is no different. A
continuation of her Mary O'Reilly series, Mary finds herself once again
the go between the ghosts of her small town and the sheriff looking for a
killer. As a ghost whisperer Mary is the perfect person to help solve
mysteries but when it comes to the attraction between the sheriff and
herself there is one too many ghosts between them. This is a wonderful
series full of vibrant characters, page turner mysteries, and life so
full of promise that you don't ever want the story to end. I hope that
Final Call is not the last of the Mary O'Reilly series!

Keeps Getting Better and Better, July 24, 2012

Usually after the first three books in a series I get bored but this is
the fifth book in the Mary O'Reilly series and I can not wait for the
next installment. Terri Reid builds her characters so that the reader
feels like they have a real connection with them. They are real to you
and they are loveable. Another winner from Terri Reid. It will keep you
captivated!

Love, Life, and Ghosts, July 24, 2012

Someone murdered a high school teacher. Mary is trying her best to
figure out who while trying to stay out of the killer's sights! As if
that weren't enough she now has to deal with trying to overcome dealing
with Bradley's wife's death. Can she pull it all together before it all
topples on her head? Terri Reid keeps you on the edge of your seat until
the very end! Are they going to be together or not? No, you can't leave
us hanging like that. Can't wait for the next book to see what happens!

Please Don't Let End, July 24, 2012

As the seventh book in the Mary O'Reilly series I feel so deeply
connected to all of the characters that I don't want it to end! EVER! In
this book we get to find out a little more about Mary's ghostly friend,
Mike. Did they really arrest the actual murderer or has the killer been
allowed to roam free all this time? And what about Mary's friends are
they finally going to bite the bullet and get married? They are such a
sweet older couple you just have to cheer for them because they just
make you laugh! I can't wait for book eight to come out! I haven't read
any Terri Reid in awhile and I am missing her!
